  • Do you have any low cost services?

    Yes! Group therapy is a way of providing high quality therapy at significantly lower cost. Jennifer believes that group therapy can be the most healing form of therapy. 


    Jennifer also offers a limited number of reduced rate spots based on availability.  

  • Where is your office located?

    The office is located at 1701 N. Collins Blvd. Ste 126, Richardson, Texas.

  • Can we talk before scheduling an appointment?

    I'm pleased to offer an initial telephone consultation, up to 20 minutes, at no charge. Let's set up a time for me to answer your questions or to briefly discuss your situation and therapeutic needs.  

  • Do you offer In-Person or Teletherapy Services?

    Yes, Jennifer currently offers both in-person and Teletherapy services to anyone located in the state of Texas. 

  • How long will it take?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible to say in a general FAQs page. Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them. The length of time to accomplish your therapeutic goals depends on many factors including, but not limited to, what is driving you to seek therapy.

  • I want to get the most out of therapy. What can I do to help?

    I am so glad you are dedicated to getting the most out of your sessions. Your active participation and dedication is crucial to your success. It’s the work you do outside of our sessions that will really help you see your personal growth and development.
